Des concerts de jazz manouche sont programmés tous les week-ends dans la salle de spectacles à vocation pluriculturelle. Il faut dire que le propriétaire de ce café-restaurant est lui-même guitariste et amoureux de jazz manouche. Marcel Campion a racheté et rénové la Chope des Puces en 2009. "La Chope" propose aussi des concerts de jazz, blues, rock, de la variété française ainsi que du théâtre et des expositions. À noter également, la possibilité de louer une salle pour des évènements.

Concerts le samedi et dimanche
Considérée comme le temple du jazz manouche, la Chope a accueilli les grands noms du jazz comme Django Reinhardt, et bien d'autres. Cette tradition musicale se perpétue tous les samedis et dimanches après-midi à Saint-Ouen, avec notamment Ninine et Mondine Garcia. L'établissement est ouvert pour permettre à tous d'écouter les concerts tous les week-ends. Ce mythique bistrot propose une cuisine simple, dans un cadre alliant un design moderne à la tradition musicale des Puces.
